• We don’t sell beds, we sell “freestylishness” as a state of mind that brings you new experiences, new discoveries, new peace. It’s the branded way we want guests to feel, relaxed renewed, stylish and carefree.
• We extend guests comfort zones. Our locations with 24-hour security and in-house chauffeur services will heighten your sense of protection and freedom to venture and enjoy any location.
• We aren't in the busy city centre, instead we offer multi-million rand dream holiday homes located in tranquil, secure residential areas with spectacular mountain and ocean views.
• We aren't in the middle of the metropolis, but our chauffeur service will take you to any location you desire. Our Resort Residences are conveniently located, and many fine restaurants are only a short drive away.
• We don't have telephones in each room, but we have mobile phones available for your personal use during your stay, with important numbers already saved on it.
• We don't offer five-course à la carte cuisine around the clock, but on request, we can arrange international and local meals, served in our own inimitable and relaxed style (with your invited friends).
• When we make reservations for you in the Cape's finest restaurants, you're guaranteed a relaxing evening. You don't have to worry about driving after indulging in some wine — because our chauffeur service is there to drive you home.
• We don't have 24-hour room service, but our bars and fridges are kept fully stocked. Local brands of spirits and beer, house wines, tea, coffee and soft drinks are FREE for you to have at your own pleasure.
• Our staff don't wear stiff white collars, or top hat and tails. They dress to ensure that you are comfortable and at ease. You'll find that they are never intrusive, invading your privacy, but although they appear informal and relaxed, they are always there when you need them.
• We don't have a concierge desk dealing with hundreds of guests and thousands of queries, but we have a genuine host (who deals with a maximum of 12 guests) ensuring PERSONAL and unlimited hospitality (around the clock). Our attention is focused on your satisfaction and your enjoyment.
• We won't send you on an overcrowded tour bus to see the busy tourist attractions, but your host, who is an accredited Cape Peninsula Tour Guide, will personally take you to the edge of discovery and show you Cape Town as only he knows it.
